Although Mr. Dell left out the chairs of CEO of his company in 2004 and remained chairman of the board , he was associated with Foundation Board of the World Economic Forum, executive committee of the International Business Council, U.S. President's Council Of Advisors On Science And Technology etc. . Dell Computer Corporation has been christened with Largest PC Maker In The World . The company whose performance walked on the path of success for years took a sudden turn towards the path of downfall . Incessant complaints from the customers and arrival of another giant company HP pushed down Dell . Wait a bit ! That's what happens when a born leader leads a company. Bit late but a meaningful bounce back ! After several years Dell stood up, revised and changed their previous business strategies and served their products with more assurance and compatibility to the buyers, not only PCs this time but also other electronic products . Besides being a business tycoon, Michael Dell also wears the badge of a philanthropist who has already donated an enormous quantum of money . $1 billion ! Through his foundation named as Michael And Susan Dell Foundation, he has worked for education, youth development, health care for children, rehabilitation of flood victims . He was a benefactor of $50 million to University Of Texas . No doubt Michael Dell has set an miraculous example of self-improvement and entrepreneurial spirit. No one had ever thought that a dropout from University Of Texas at Austin would be characterizing the PC World and come up with such a giant corporate which we know it today as Dell Inc. .
